Guide: According to Japanese authorities, recently Japanese synthetic leather companies successfully developed new environment-friendly artificial leather. This kind of artificial leather has excellent performance and it can be widely used in many industries. 

 

It is said that during the manufacturing process, this kind of artificial leather firstly used superfine composite wire which is spun by high density hole and made up of different polymers to make high-density non-woven fabric. Then immerse it in a special polyurethane liquid, which disperses in water. By short solidification, polyurethane penetrates the dense fibres and becomes new environment-friendly artificial leather. In addition to the dense fibre structure, it also sets up a porous layer on the surface. As a result, the durability further improves. This artificial leather realizes serialization in spinning process, the non-woven fabric process and polyurethane molding process. It greatly shortens the manufacturing time and reduces production costs.
